UNDER ONE UMBRELLA
ACRYLIC ON CANVAS,
80 × 120 CM
This work speaks of intimacy, protection, and togetherness. The shared umbrella becomes a gentle metaphor for shelter and the quiet beauty of standing side by side, even through life’s storms. Woven into it is also my special affinity with Black women — a connection that enriches the painting with warmth, depth, and tenderness.
